Shipping FAQs

Dispatch and Shipping info

We currently dispatch our online orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Please ensure your order is in before 10am (AEDT) on those days, to make the same day dispatch cut off. 

Shipping time guidelines:

Courier Delivery (Hobart & surrounds only): 1-2 days from dispatch, available to local Hobart residents

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. 

Australia Post Express Shipping: 1-2 business days from dispatch, depending on your location, in accordance with Australia Post's standard shipping terms. 

Pick Up from Roastery: Please ensure your order is in before 10am (AEDT) for Next Day pick up. Unavailable on Weekends. You will receive a 'Ready for Collection' email notification.

Free Shipping: - Orders qualifying for Free Shipping will be sent by the most economical shipping option available, which will either be via Local Courier or Standard Shipping depending on your location. Some items are ineligible for free shipping, as specified in the description on the relevant product page.
