ENTRY LEVEL ROASTER

We're looking for an Entry Level Coffee Roaster to join the team in Moonah.

If you've ever wanted to get behind the scenes of specialty coffee roasting, this is your chance. You'll receive hands-on training and mentorship from our Head Roaster while learning the craft from the ground up. 🤎

This is a casual position, offering 15–24 hours per week across 2–3 days.

Duties include:

  • Roast, blend and pack specialty coffee 

  • Help keep production running smoothly

  • Assist with stock management and order fulfilment

  • Maintain a clean, organised roastery

  • Take part in regular cuppings and quality checks

  • Deliver coffee and support our wholesale partners

  • Learn the ins and outs of specialty coffee roasting and production

Hours and Availability

Our production team operates Monday – Friday.

Casual position (2-3 days per week, 15-24 hours).

Requirements:

Must hold a Drivers Licence. No previous roasting experience necessary.

This is a hands-on role, so you'll need to be comfortable with regular lifting, moving stock, and spending most of the day on your feet.
